Supporting Campbell Community Church through many generations with Planned Giving
Planned Giving or Estate Planning is a powerful way to leave a legacy, continuing our ministry through many generations. Consider tithing 10% on your estate’s assets when you pass on. Your gift can provide for ministry in the many years to come. You don’t have to be wealthy, just willing to be faithful.
It’s easier than you think. Take a moment and look through this information and then talk with your financial advisor, or contact us at info@campbell.church.
Investments, Bequests and Endowments
IRA’s, 401k, Life Insurance Policies, and Annuities – you can designate Campbell Community Church as a full or partial beneficiary on almost any investment account. Merely call your broker or account manager and ask them for to do this for you.
Bequests – If you have a will or trust, you can designate a percentage or a specific dollar amount to go to CCC. This is also a great way to leave property to CCC. See the Houses, Cabins, & Real Estate section for more information.
Endowments – Endowments are large cash gifts that are put into conservative investments. The principal remains untouched while providing interest income to fund ministry for generations. Endowed Scholarships and Buildings can bear your name.
Internship Scholarships – We would like to offer scholarships to Bible College and Seminary students, offering them a chance to learn ministry by serving our church while providing for their education. The scholarship can be named after you or named in memoriam for someone that you designate.
Buildings – An endowment can be set aside for new buildings, the purchase of property around CCC or the upkeep or renovation of existing buildings. A building or property can be named after you or named in memoriam for someone that you designate.

Houses, Cabins, and Real Estate
If you own your own home, rental homes, cabins, or other real estate, we invite you to consider leaving property to CCC as a way to continue our ministry.
Parsonage – If you own a home, condominium, or townhouse in the Valley, we are looking for one or two homes to provide housing options for staff. This is a very cost effective way for us to provide additional ministries by hiring more pastors and staff, giving them a home, without having to pay a large salary. These could also be used to house Bible College or Seminary interns or provide temporary housing for visiting missionaries.
Retreat Cabin – If you have a cabin, home, townhouse, or condominium in Northern Arizona, Colorado, or California; we are looking for such a location to use for retreats and sabbaticals for church groups.
Other Property – Any other homes, buildings, offices, or vacant property that might not fit the needs listed above might still be a blessing to CCC, allowing us to rent or sell property for income that provides for ongoing ministry, to offer housing for visiting missionaries, or to have offsite offices for ministries.
Note: You can make arrangements to live in your home for life (Life Estate) and the property to go to Campbell Community Church when you pass on. Contact us for more information on this.

Vehicles & Other Real Property
Vehicles – If you have a vehicle in excellent running condition and well cared for, we would love to be able to provide transportation for staff members for ministry work and as a way to supplement salaries. Also, if you are willing to purchase and donate a 12 passenger van, we could use this for church ministry activities.
Valuable Property – Savings Bonds, Stocks, Jewelry and almost any other valuable property can be donated to CCC to support our ministries.

What about my heirs?
With a good estate plan, family and other heirs can still benefit from your estate, and often receive more benefits with less tax burden if you arrange to donate part of your estate to support a non-profit ministry such as Campbell Community Church.
What better way to let your family and friends know what matters most, than to show them by supporting a church community that has impacted you and others?
There are many more ways you can give. We recommend that you speak with an estate planner or an attorney for more information and guidance in this process.
It’s much easier than you think.
